DEVICES for life
There are a few ideas in this page, the journey maps, help me keep my vision afloat during the many versions of the objects.
With "Devices for Life" my vision is to aid in the exodus of people from their country land. People who are looking to escape death, poverty, corruption and violence.
The different objects depicted in my illustrations, would have been left around in known traffic areas, to be reused and passed around as needed.
Even though I am aware of the fact they objects themselves do not provide a solution to the problem, they are there to be a tool for moments of despair, and aid to keep people alive. They can also be used to get found and assisted much sooner, if the moment comes.
"DumpsterDive" Toy
Where the toy is merely a tool to exploit kids senses when touching, machinating, exploring, analyzing object analogies that makes the user be resourceful, because they need to use whatever objects they would have found in the "DumpsterDive Toy" to create one solid object.
A useful sill that in the world outside this game, is a survival tool for many, since the objects are often considered just trash.
This is and which idea was presented to Mattel in 2006. And this included a 3-D animation of how the toy would resemble when in a normal setting.
